At Dragon Diffusion, we take pride in the artisanal craftsmanship of our hand-woven leather goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original dust bag and packaging to ensure the hand-woven leather remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
